“ Soooo good! Tom yam bee hoon red is spicy and delicious! Coconut tom kha was rich, sweet and delicious. Great service, very friendly. More expensive than Thai Express but worth it! ”
“ When it comes to Vivocity and Thai Food, nothing beats Thai Accent food. The reasons I made return visits are pretty clear and during this visit I found that their furnishing were different from the last that I went. However, the ambiance still remains the same, if not for the better. Cozy and romantic under the lights and the wooden furnishings gave a good culture or other kind of experience from dining. If you were to sit further into the restaurant, you can get a good and comfortable view of Sentosa Island just across the Sea. We entered the restaurant with a warm welcome by the staff. Without too much hesitation we ordered the staples drinks and dishes we wanted. Comes in a plate of 4, the marinated chicken were all nicely wrapped and hidden by the greasy pandan leaves. That's another item to order from the restaurant. Removed them from the leaves and dab them on the sweet and sour chilli. Though they are deep fried, its not too oily here. Pandan Leaf Chicken (4pcs) - $14.90 If you like Tom Yum Soup, never leave this Thai Restaurant without ordering theirs. The Signature Tom Yam Soup comes with clear or red base flavoured with Lime, Lemongrass and chillies. You can choose it to be prepared with chicken, fish, prawn or seafood and its available in both individual bowl as well as a pot for sharing. Knowing that their Tom Yam Soup has the fiery kick, do not judge its spiciness by its color. The clear bowl of soup had max up my threshold spiciness that I can take. However, the kind of feeling is really "shiok"! No complains about the amount of ingredients, a definite go on your pocket if you want the kind of spiciness. Signature Tom Yam Soup Individual Bowl - $10.90 / Fire Pot - $28.90 Standard may not be as good as Thip Samai (In Bangkok) but from a local point of view, I love its wok taste and overall the taste of Phad Thai Noodles with Prawn is above average. Phad Thai Fried Noodles with Prawn - $14.90 Where the colors attracts... the combination of bright yellow rice topped with golden light brown chicken floss on green plate, cut triangular pineapple slices, sliced tomato and cashew nuts were indeed appealing to the eyes. Talking about its taste, it beats the average fare of Pineapple fried rice that you can find in the chain Thai Restaurants we have here in Singapore. It's available in 2 flavours, choose between Prawns or Chicken. Pineapple Fried Rice with Prawn / Chicken Topped with Chicken Floss - $13.90 Price may be steeper than the usual chain restaurant, however if you do not mind going for a better quality of food as well as a better environment, you can splurge a little here. ”
“ I stopped in here after returning on the ferry from Batam. It was pretty quiet and the service was prompt and friendly. They had all of my favorites on the menu, including Pad Thai with chicken, green curry with beef, spring rolls and veggies. I of course went with a coconut beverage to help cool any heat from the dishes. I'm very likely to remember this place on our next arrival by ferry because the food was good and they prevented any "hangry" meltdowns. :) ”
“ Another great place for Thai cuisine. Located in Vivo City, Thai Accent offers a comprehensive selection of Thai food and a spacious dining area. Crowd favorites include basil chicken which may be switched to beef of pork depending on your preference. Served with a large bowl of rice and topped with a fried egg, this dish will keep your stomach satisfied! This dish might be a little spicy for some so do ask your server to go easy on the chili if you're not a huge fan of spicy food. Another crowd pleaser is the Thai ice milk tea which has an distinct taste to it. If you've tried it in Thailand, you will know exactly what I mean. Slightly orange in color like your "Teh ping", this cool drink makes a great pair with whatever you may be having! ”
